Terms of Service

Welcome to TokenPool. These terms are an agreement between you and TokenPool (“we”, “us”) for your use of the tokenpool.cc websites, APIs, desktop client and seller client (together, the “Service”). By registering, signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TokenPool is a marketplace for AI model usage. Buyers prepay a balance and call the listed models with API keys. Sellers provide model capacity through the seller client and earn income. We handle matching, metering, billing and settlement, but we do not develop or provide these models.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and have full legal capacity to use the Service.
• You may sign in with a wallet or a Google account, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your wallet, sign-in credentials and API keys safe. You are responsible for charges from a leaked API key. Contact us immediately if your account is compromised.
• Information you provide must be true and accurate.

3. Buyers

• Balances are denominated in USDT. You are charged for actual usage at the price in effect when the request is made. Prices and available models are as shown on the site. We may change prices; changes do not affect requests already started.
• Balances do not earn interest.
• Model output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for evaluating it and for the consequences of using it.

4. Sellers

• You confirm that you are entitled to use the upstream model accounts and quotas you connect, and that you comply with those providers’ terms. You bear the consequences of breaching upstream terms.
• You must run the requests assigned to you faithfully, and must not alter, withhold, secretly record or misuse request content.
• Earnings are credited to your account after settlement. In case of a dispute, abnormal usage or a risk event, related earnings may be frozen pending review.
• We may adjust or restrict your eligibility to receive requests based on capability verification and reputation.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

• Only the networks and assets listed on the site are supported (currently USDT on BNB Smart Chain). Funds sent on an unsupported network or asset, or to a wrong address, may be unrecoverable.
• Deposits are credited after the required number of on-chain confirmations.
• Withdrawals are reviewed. Per-withdrawal limits and fees are as shown on the site. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal for risk control, compliance or verification.
• On-chain transactions cannot be reversed once sent. Check the destination address carefully.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use the Service for illegal activity, or to generate or spread illegal, infringing or harmful content;
• violate the usage policies of upstream model providers;
• attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts;
• bypass or manipulate metering, billing, rate limiting or risk controls;
• launder money, commit fraud or otherwise abuse the funds features;
• use the Service where applicable law prohibits it.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as blockchain networks, upstream model providers and Google. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct.

8. Changes and interruptions

We may suspend, modify or discontinue part or all of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, security or other reasons, and will try to give notice in advance. The Service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid to the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not affect your right to withdraw your available balance under these terms.

10. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or the law.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination and any necessary review, you can still withdraw your available balance under the rules, except amounts that must be frozen by law.
• After termination, funds and transaction records are kept as described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

11. Appeals and disputes

If you disagree with an order, charge or earnings, submit an appeal in the console or email support@casualmine.com. We will review the original records and reply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will announce material changes on the website. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
